I'm one of the co-founders of HavenPlate.

I grew up with undiagnosed ARFID and am all too aware of the struggles to try new foods and branch out from your safety foods. I still struggle with some foods today, but have come a long way in my adult life to learn to live with ARFID.

My aim is to help make HavenPlate your safe haven while navigating your daily life with ARFID.
